Last time we talked about pump sprayers and why you should get one for your new VLM carpet cleaning biz…
Reminder: I recommend the Solo pump sprayers.
In fact, buy two Solo pump sprayers (if your budget allows):
-The ½ gallon sprayer is perfect for mixing and spraying pretreatments or pet treatments (we’ll talk about this in a later email)
-The 2 gallon sprayer is what you’ll want to use for your standard VLM cleaning solution
Now… you don’t want to run down to Home Depot and buy whatever pump sprayer they have on the shelf. Trust me… I’ve tried them all!
I’ve also talked to hundreds of other carpet cleaners who have tried every single cheap sprayer you can get at Walmart, Lowes, Menards, Amazon, and elsewhere.
After hours of testing and hundreds of dollars wasted… they always arrive at the same conclusion: get a Solo sprayer.
Long term, you’ll find that these sprayers last longer than others.
If you’re even thinking of starting a VLM carpet cleaning business, buy a Solo pump sprayer (or two). It will start you on the right path.

P.S. – Please note… Solo sprayers do wear out! Eventually you may need to replace your sprayer due to leaking seals. But that’s just the cost of doing business. The Solo sprayer will give you more miles than the crappy sprayers you can get at your local big box store.
