Dear VLM trainee,
What if I told you there was an easy way to make more money from 1 out of every 3 customers that you serve?
Well… there is!
You see, many customers will ask you to apply a “protector” to their carpet after you clean.
These customers are concerned about keeping their carpet in good condition for longer. They want to protect their investment.
But there are even more customers who don’t even realize that “protector” is an option! These customers called you to clean the carpets, but they didn’t know you could actually protect the carpet for just a few dollars more!
This is a big opportunity for you to make more money.
Imagine if you charged $15 per room to add carpet protector after you finished cleaning. On a 3 room job, that would add $45 to your ticket!
Here’s my favorite part…
If you ask every single one of your customers “want to add protector?” about 1 in 3 of them will just say “yes” without asking any questions!
Those are good odds.
Ok, so you’re convinced: you want to sell protector to your customers.
But what protector should you use?
I highly recommend this protector by DuPont. Click here to buy a gallon today.
Best,

P.S. – You’ll need to apply the protector in a fine, even coat on the carpet. The best way I’ve found to accomplish this is with a Vaper non-aerosol sprayer and a small air compressor. Fill the canister with carpet protector, screw the lid on, pressurize it with your compressor, then spray the protector in a fine mist over the entire room of carpet.
P.P.S. – You also need to “rake” the protector into the carpet so it spreads out & dries evenly. Don’t worry… I’ll tell you more about “carpet rakes” in an upcoming email (and tell you exactly which rake to buy)
