Last time we talked about pet stains (and how to treat them).

I also shared my process for cleaning up pet spots:
- Pour Nature’s Miracle on the spot. Let sit for 15-30 minutes
- Extract or “suck out” the Nature’s Miracle using your portable extractor
- Spray fresh water or cleaning solution into the spot to “rinse” it out
You’ll need a gallon of Nature’s Miracle and a portable extractor like this one.
If you’re on the fence about offering pet treatment, let me share this little stat with you: more than 30% of your carpet cleaning customers are going to need pet treatment (source: years of experience).

P.S. – You can even charge extra for pet treatment! I like to charge at least $35 to add it to a carpet cleaning job. Sometimes I charge $35 per room! It depends on how bad the spots are. Use your best judgment.
